Essential Oils for Seasonal & Environmental Threats

Updated: Mar 12, 2021

Therapeutic Grade essential oils harness the power of botanical medicine in its purest form, and can offer quick and safe relief for many health issues, including seasonal threats.

Let's take a look at products for people who feel miserable from head tension pain and throat discomfort like I used to.

I found it difficult to function daily. Just to talk was hard because my throat was so irritated and my head pounded every time I took a step. I didn’t even want to get off the couch.

Store products didn’t seem to help much, and nothing I tried stopped it from returning the following week.

Then I tried essential oils that a friend gave me and I got relief almost right away. Now I can get on with my days again, so I am much more productive than I used to be.

Do you know anyone who might like to know about a product like that?

1) TriEase (the Seasonal Blend)

Containing Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint essential oils in a softgel cap can create a powerful all-natural antihistamine. Combining these three oils can help to bring down inflammation resulting from your body’s allergic response. These oils are great for airborne seasonal & environment threats. Order the softgels here.

2) Breathe (the Respiratory Blend)

Including laurel leaf, peppermint, eucalyptus, melaleuca, lemon, and ravensara this blend cleanses and soothes the airways, and can easily be applied topically to the chest, back, or bottom of feet. Learn more here.

3) Purify (the Cleansing Blend)

Designed to eliminate odors and other contaminates naturally—without toxic additives. Its refreshing aroma quickly eradicates unpleasant odors and clears the air and environment with the essential oils of lemon, lime, pine, citronella, melaleuca, and cilantro. Discover more here.

Other Suggested protocols:

Please note: The information provided below is a compilation of the experiences of others who have used essential oils and has NOT been scientifically verified with clinical tests nor reviewed by medical experts. It is anecdotal information and should be treated as such. For serious medical concerns please seek professional medical attention.

Make a mixture of 3 drops each Lavender, Lemon with 2 – 5 drops Peppermint (depending on your tolerance and severity of allergy) and take mixture in one of the following ways. Also the frequency of application will depend on the severity of the allergens. Start early (before symptoms if you can anticipate them) and use as often as needed to eliminate the symptoms.

  • Mild (or timid): Pre-make the mixture of the oils then put on the palms and cup and inhale deeply or put in a gelatin capsule and take internally.**

  • Moderate (bold): Add mixture to mouthful of juice or water, swish 10-20 seconds in the mouth and swallow.

  • Severe (desperate): Use 5 drops each Lavender, Lemon, Protective Blend, Peppermint, 1/4 T fine quality salt, 8 ounces warm water in Neti pot and do nasal irrigation.

** I only recommend one essential oil brand for internal use. Email me for more information as this is highly important.

Diffusing

Diffusing is a simple, safe and effective way to use essential oils. The diffuser disperses the oils without heating them so they retain their therapeutic benefits. It can help purify the air, eliminate odours & airborne pathogens, and disperses the essential oil into a wide area which benefits multiple people. There are many styles of cool mist diffusers available. Diffusing a couple of times a week can help with seasonal and environment threats. At peak times, diffusing daily will help tremendously. Check the free diffuser blend below.
